Sales Ledger Clerk
We are a domestic and international multi modal logistics provider that puts people, technology and service at the heart of everything we do. Headquartered in Manchester we deal with a nationwide network of clients, integrating with all major selling platforms and shippers.
With the vast expansion of Caribou, we are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our brand new finance team in Manchester City Centre.
- Processing and raising of sales invoices & credit notes
- Maintain spreadsheet information for sales ledger use
- Resolve any invoicing queries
- Posting cash on a daily basis and allocating to the sales ledger
- Processing direct debits
- Running debtors’ reports
- Ad hoc reporting for the business where required
- As a role/task adhering to ISO approved policies and procedures
- Proven and recent experience within a Sales Ledger role in a commercial setting
- MS Office knowledge and experience
- Confident with strong communication skills
