Headquartered in Manchester we collaborate with over 500 retailers globally and deal with a nationwide network of clients, integrating with all major selling platforms and shippers

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to join our expanding team in Manchester City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of high volumes of payrolls across multiple depots, both weekly & monthly
  • Setting up new starters and processing leavers in conjunction with HR Manager
  • Prepare upload file on time to Payroll bureau for payroll
  • Coordinate timely information flow to & with third party payroll bureau
  • Assist with approval of payroll
  • Management of Paycircle (Training will be given)

Job requirements

  • Previous experience processing high volume and complex payrolls, processing and reviewing of timesheets is desirable
  • Ability to be proactive in improving processes and putting forward new ideas to senior management
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality is key
  • Experienced in using Xero would be useful but is not essential
